till 08.07.2012 along with regular service rendered by him as Plot Watcher in Supernumery Post from 09.07.2012 to 31.03.2019 as qualifying service for pensionary benefits and send the proposal to the fourth respondent for grant pension with all consequential monetary benefits. For Petitioner :
