ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to reopen the investigation and register an FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.07.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 & 4.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint dated 02.07.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 03.09.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court cannot issue any further direction to the respondent to reopen the investigation and register an FIR in this case. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
