ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.1374 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent Police to file final report within the stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that it is the case of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lifting of the two wheeler and though the respondent police are taking every efforts to secure the accused, the accused has not been detected.

4. In such view of the matter, there can not be any direction to the respondent police to file the final report at this stage. However, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation in this regard.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
