Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus to direct

the respondents to permit the petitioner to write the first year examination in the failed paper of General Human Physiology and Bio-chemistry on 02.02.2014 and then allow the petitioner to continue the course by considering his representations dated 06.01.2014 and 17.01.2014.
