ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.07.2020 and provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, enquiry is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuing notice to 4th and 5th respondents and also providing an opportunity of hearing to both the parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, if so advised.
