..Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 27.03.2023 in D.O.No.37/2023-C2, against the petitioner's brother Thiru.Selvam @ Kathi Selvam, son of Arumugam, aged about 23 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is not necessary to examine the aspects captured in the proceedings made in the previous listings as we are informed by both sides Page Nos.2/4
that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 02.05.2023 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.2317 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department.
3. In the light of the aforementioned undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
