half of the service rendered by the petitioner as plot watcher from 01.08.1985 to till 11.07.2012 along with regular service rendered by him as Plot Watcher in Supernumery Post and Night Watchman from 12.07.2012 to 30.06.2019 as qualifying service for pensionary benefits and send the proposal to the fifth respondent for grant pension with all consequential monetary benefits.
