The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition had been filed to condone the delay of 77 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.54589 of 2025.

2. Notice to the 2nd Respondent was dispensed with. Learned Counsel for Respondent-1 present in Court and has no objection provided that the interest for the period of delay of 77 days is waived.

3. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 77 days and the delay of 77 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
