This application has been filed to appoint Mr.S.Yogavinayagamoorthy, Son of Mr.P.Sakthivel, Authorized Agent of the applicant as Receiver to seize and take possession of the subject schedule vehicle more fully described in the Schedule of the Judge's Summons.

2. When the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant through video conferencing submitted that the arbitration proceedings were already initiated and the award was passed.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this application and it is for the applicant to work out his remedy as per law to execute the award. Hence, this application is closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
