The Original Petitions has been filed by the petitioner Mother seeking to restore the custody of the petitioner's minor son Master S.R.Kaveen Krithyk aged about 12 years who has been illegally removed by the respondent since 25.06.2016 and to direct the respondent to return the custody of the minor child to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the respondent would submit that the minor child has attained majority. Therefore, the main O.P. itself is not maintainable and has become infructuous. In view of the above fact that the minor child has attained majority, the present Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected application is closed.
