2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the order passed by the learned Single Judge affects their rights and, thus, an application to seek leave to file the appeal challenging the order.

3. Taking into consideration that the litigation between the writ petitioner and the applicants in regard to the land in question is pending and therefore the out come of the order under question may affect the rights of the applicants, the application is allowed and leave is granted for maintaining the appeal.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
