This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to alter the sections suitably according to the complaint registered in Crime No.339/T2/2015 pending on his file.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter, as the complaint itself was closed on 21.06.2016.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal original Petition is closed.
