ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 7, 8,11(1), 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and 506(i) of the IPC, 1860 in Crime No.05 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the victim girl is aged about 16 years. The petitioner continuously compelled the victim minor girl to love him. While so on 10.04.2022, the petitioner asked the victim girl to come to Sivan Temple at Pudu Colony area. Since, it was not accepted by the victim girl, the petitioner threatened her to pour acid on her and due to that, on fear manner, the victim went to the said Temple. At that time, the petitioner hugged the victim girl which was seen by the brother of the victim girl. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that this is the second application for bail and the earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 18.05.2022. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has not been completed and the statement of the victim girl has also not been recorded. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the nature of offence and the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
