ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against the order dated 15.03.2023, passed by the learned Session Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.544 of 2022 in Special S.C.No.31 of 2022, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to discharge.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that now the charge has been framed as against the petitioner by the trial Court in Special S.C.No.31 of 2022 for the offences punishable under the POCSO Act. Therefore, nothing survive in this revision.
