ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10927 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020, has directed that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, this petition has been filed to relax the above condition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly till today and hence, prayed to relax above condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complied the condition regularly from 09.08.2020 till date.

4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners and the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10927 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
