2. The petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent, has filed the above Tr.C.M.P. to withdraw M.O.P. No.120 of 2015, pending on the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry and transfer the same to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

3. The petitioner has stated that she is residing at Chennai and therefore, it would be convenient to attend the Court proceedings at Chennai rather than going to Pondicherry for every hearing.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submitted that the respondent has no objection for transferring M.O.P. No.120 of 2015, pending on the file of Family Court, Pondicherry to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Original Petition in M.O.P. No.120 of 2015, pending on the file of Family Court, Pondicherry is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the Original Petition in M.O.P.No.120 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of papers from the Family Court, Pondicherry.
