This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.402 of 2015 on the file of the respondent within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the respondent.
