CRIME NO. 2 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in crl op no.5868 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6 (b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5868 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021 passed by this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 09.04.2021 directed the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet, thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 09.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5868 of 2021 stand unaltered. -sd/- 15/07/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
