ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to Register the Complaint, forthwith petitioner written complaint to the 2nd respondent on 02.10.2015, against the accused persons under Sections 120B, 341, 294b, 307, 324, 354, 498-A and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent police have not received the complaint dated 02.10.2015 given by the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a complaint to the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
