ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.08.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the case on 23.01.2021. Accordingly the case is listed today. Even today (i.e on 27.01.2021) none appeared on behalf of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
