..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the properties mentioned in patta No.180, viz., survey No.126/1E situated at Ernapuram Village, Sankari Taluk, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2014 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Claiming to be the owner of the land survey No.126/1E situated at Ernapuram Village, Sankari Taluk, the petitioner made a representation on 08.08.2014 to the respondents to survey the land as per the patta No.180. As the said representation has not been considered by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2014, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the said representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and other parties, if any aggrieved, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (or) within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner enclosing the copy of the said representation. No costs.
