ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the complaint dated 12.09.2015 against Ravi Sekar, Marithai and Ravi Sekar's Brother and also to return the petitioner's money of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs Only) which taken by the said persons, and the 2nd respondent to investigate the same according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that there is a money dispute between the parties and therefore, no positive direction can be given to the police to register FIR https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the basis of the complaint. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
