This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr. K. Bala Subramaniam, Advocate for the petitioner herein and M/s. Giridhar & Sai, Advocates for the respondent herein and upon reading the petition filed herein and Joint Memo dated 01.04.2022 signed by the petitioner and the respondent with their respective advocates and the said advocates for the parties hereto praying this Court to pass an order in terms of Joint Memo morefully setout in the Schedule hereunder, It is orderd as follows :- That both the parties have agreed to the following terms of visitation between the petitioner and the minor son Master A. Aarnav :- (1) Regular phone calls / Video calls on all Sundays at 4.00 p.m.
(2) Meeting in person on the first or third Saturday of every month in the creche attached to the Family Court, Chennai for 2 hours.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, The Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the father of the male child A. Aarnav to appoint him as the guardian of the person of the minor child and to direct the respondent to handover the custody of the minor to the petitioner. The respondent is the mother of the minor.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent would state that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. The petitioner as well as the respondent, who are the father and mother of the minor child are present along with their respective counsel and a Joint Compromise Memo dated 01.04.2022 signed by the parties as well as their counsel, is filed to that effect. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 01.04.2022 is extracted hereunder ;
'JOINT MEMO FILED ON BHEALF OF THE RESPONDENT AND PETITIONER The Respondent has submitted to the Petitioner the following terms of visitations :
A. Regular phone calls/Video Calls on all Sundays at 4.00 p.m;
B. Meeting in person on the first Saturday of every month in the Creche attached to the Family Court, Chennai for 1 hour.
2. After elaborate discussions, both parties have agreed to the following terms of visitation between the Petitioner and the minor son Master.A.Aarnav : A. Regular phone calls/Video Calls on all Sundays at 4.00 p.m. ;
B. Meeting in person on the first or third Saturday of every month in the Creche attached to the Family Court, Chennai for 2 hours.
It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the above memo and pass suitable orders as deemed fit and property and thus render justice. Dated at Chennai this the 1st day of April, 2022."
3. In the light of the above, this Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 01.04.2022. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order.
