ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for contempt of court for having violated deliberately and wantonly the order of this Court dated 05.03.2021 made in W.A.No.252 of 2021.

2. Ms.E.Praveeena, Assistant Commissioner (ST), Amaindakarai Assessment Circle [Mobile No.97105 87086], is present.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Gopinath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.John J.Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader, submitted that the order dated 05.03.2021 that was passed by this Court in W.A.No.252 of 2021 has been complied with by the respondent.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, the sub-application is closed.
