PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent police to conduct further investigation and include all the offences committed for the accused as stated in the complaint dated 24.04.2022 and file a fresh FIR.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to conduct further investigation and include all the offences committed for the accused as stated in the complaint dated 24.04.2022 and file a fresh FIR.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent police has registered a case for the offences under Sections 493, 420, 417, 506(i) of IPC alone and not included the other accused persons, who are involved in this case. Hence, the case.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner has given the complaint to the respondent police and it is the duty of the police to enquire it properly and proceed with on the basis of the materials collected during the investigation. offence cannot be granted and it is for the investigating officer to take a call, if the cognizable offences are made out.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petitions stands dismissed.
