JAHANGIRAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (I)CMP No.8601 of 2016 To Condone the delay of 2127 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the Legal Representatives of the deceased 1st Respondent namely Mahaboob Sahib in the above second appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(2) CMP No.8602 of 2016 To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st Respondent herein namely Mahaboob Sahib in the above second appeal
(3) CMP No.8603 of 2016 To bring on record the Respondents 9 to 11 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Respondent namely Mahaboob Sahib in the above second appeal as the Respondents 9 to 11 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VENKATASUBBAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.ARUN MURUGAN, ADVOCATE on behalf of the 9 TO 11 Respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered with a direction to the appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund of the Madras High Court, within a period of two weeks from today.
2. Post the main case after two weeks for reporting compliance.
