This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgment dated 16.10.2024 passed in STC No.180 f 2021 by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 8 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
