A.No.2099 of 2022 in CS.D.No.13977 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This Application has been filed by the Applicants seeking leave of the Court to sue the respondent/defendant 2, who is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that the suit schedule property is situate at Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600 041, which is under the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court. Therefore, he seeks the leave of the Court to sue the respondent/second defendant, who is residing outside the jurisdiction this Court.

3.Since the substantial cause arose within the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court, this Court finds it appropriate to grant leave to the plaintiffs/applicants to sue the respondent/second defendant who is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court.
