This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1-3 to consider the petitioners representation dated 01/12/2022 in prospective manner.

When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner herein had passed away and after the demise of the petitioner, his daughter approached the respondents. Subsequently, patta was also issued to her. Hence, they request to dismiss the present petition.
