O R D E R
When the matter was earlier listed on 12.06.2023, the learned Counsel on either side were not present. Therefore, this Court had directed both parties to appear before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court for settlement.
2. On 11.08.2023, when the case came up for hearing, there was no representation on either side. On perusal of the records, it was found in the Mediation Report that "both parties were absent consecutively for three hearings. Mediation could not be commenced". Therefore, for the appearance of both parties, this Court had directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 18.08.2023.
3. Despite the matter is listed today, 18.08.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal'', there is no representation on both sides.
4. Since, there is no representation on either side, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Petition for non-prosecution. 2/4
5. Therefore, the above Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
