ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to alter F.I.R.No.286 of 2022, dated 24.04.2022 to conduct further investigation and include all offences committed by the accused as stated in the complaint. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instructions submitted that the FIR was registered only on 24.04.2022 for an offence under Sections 143, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC. The investigation is in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

progress. In the course of investigation, if any other offence is made out, the respondent police will alter the FIR accordingly.

4.In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to examine the petitioner once again. If any cognizable offence is made out, steps to be taken to include the same by altering the FIR.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
