This original petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.J.Suresh, Advocate for the petitioner herein and Mr.K.Shankar, Advocate for the respondent herein and upon reading the petition filed herein and the order dated 24.08.2016 made in A.No.4120 in OP.No.575 of 2016 and A.Nos.4152 and 4153 of 2016 in O.P.No.591 of 2016, and the learned counsel for the respondent having submitted that the minor child has attained majority therefore, the main O.P. itself is not maintainable and has become infructuous, it is ordered :- That the original petition in O.P.No.591 of 2016 be and is hereby dismissed as infructuous.
