ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 08.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.415 of 2017 in I.A.No.317 of 2015 in O.S.No.125 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Vridhachalam, thereby allowing the petition to set 1/3

aside the ex-parte decree.

2. When the matter was listed on 07.12.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 08.12.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 08.12.2022, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
