This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2022 within a stipulated time.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and it is pending on the file of the second respondent and it is under enquiry.
3. Head the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
4. Considering the above submission, the second respondent police is directed to issue notice to the counter party on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. After giving opportunity of hearing, the 2nd respondent police is directed to dispose the complaint within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
