ORDER
The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the suit pending in O.S.No.1886 of 2020 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Puducherry, which has been filed seeking declaration of the status of the parties.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and I have also gone through the materials available on record.
4. It is brought to my notice that the I Additional District Munsif post is vacant and the learned III Additional District Munsif Judge is incharge for the works of the I Additional District Munsif.
5. In view of the above and also considering that the suit is pending from the year 2020, the incharge Judge, namely, the learned III Page No.2 of 4
Additional District Munsif shall endeavour to dispose of the suit finally on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties.
6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.07.2025 skt Index : Yes / No Speaking order : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No To The I Additional District Munsif Court, Puducherry.
