O R D E R

This Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to register the FIR on the complaint dated 11.08.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that similar complaint lodged as against the accused persons and the same was registered. When being so, similarly placed complaint by the petitioner as against other accused persons is not yet registered and it is pending on the file of the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the petitioner lodged another complaint with similar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

allegation as against the other persons and the same was registered in CrimeNo.10 of 2020 by the respondent and the same was recorded in Crl.O.P.No.12040 of 2020 by this Court. 4.Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to register the FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 11.06.2020 in the manner known to law. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
