This Original Petition has been filed for appointment of the petitioner as the guardian and custody of the minor children Manisa and Sai Krishna.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents submitted that the parties have entered into a memorandum of compromise and the petition may be disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise entered between the parties. The petitioner and the first respondent are also present before this Court and they also admitted the memorandum of compromise entered between them.

3. Accordingly, this Original Petition is disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise entered between the parties. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.03.2024 executed between the parties form part of the records.
