The Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Marakkanam Taluk, ..Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering the petitioner's land more particularly in the first petitioner's land spread 5.50 1⁄2 acres in S.Nos.44/2, 43/1, 42/2, 128/1, 48/2, 135/2, 43/4, 55/12, 55/115 & 55/17, the second petitioner's land spread over 5.00 3⁄4 acres in S.Nos.44/2, 43/1, 42/2, 129/5, 48/2, 135/2, 43/4 & 51/1 and the 3rd petitioner land spread over 3.45 Acres in S.No.38/5, 40/1 & 42/3 and totally 13.96 1⁄4 Acres in single parcel situated at Asappur Village, Marakkanam Panchayat Union and Sub Registration Office, Tindivanam Taluk and Villupuram District.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition forbearing the respondents from interfering the petitioner's land more particularly in the first petitioner's land spread
5.50 1⁄2 acres in S.Nos.44/2, 43/1, 42/2, 128/1, 48/2, 135/2, 43/4, 55/12, 55/115 & 55/17, the second petitioner's land spread over 5.00 3⁄4 acres in S.Nos.44/2, 43/1, 42/2, 129/5, 48/2, 135/2, 43/4 & 51/1 and the 3rd petitioner land spread over 3.45 Acres in S.No.38/5, 40/1 & 42/3 and totally 13.96 1⁄4 Acres in single parcel situated at Asappur Village, Marakkanam Panchayat Union and Sub Registration Office, Tindivanam Taluk and Villupuram District.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioners are the owners of the afore said properties and they are doing agriculture in the said lands. Subsequently, the respondents have tried to interfere with the petitioners' property for laying road. Hence, this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without authority, the respondents have tried to interfere with the petitioners property and this court may issue a suitable direction to the respondents not to disturb the petitioners' possession.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioners' possession will not be disturbed by the respondents without due process of law.
5. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Government and perused the materials available on record.
6. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
