For Petitioners : Mr.V.Kamal For Respondent : Mr.V.R.Annagandhi COMMON ORDER The present petitions have been filed challenging the orders passed in I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2019 in O.S.No.76 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Dharmapuri. The said applications were filed for reopening the evidence of the plaintiff and to recall PW1 for the purpose of cross examination, respectively. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that the suit in O.S.No.76 of 2017 has been decreed on 11.11.2022 by the trial Court and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
2.In view of the same the present Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
