O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.108/2011.

2. Taking into account that the proceedings is pending from the year 2011 and the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there are 6 witnesses to be examined, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram to expedite the trial in connection with C.C.No.108 of 2011 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations and directions, the criminal original petition stands closed.
