ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.344 of 2019 and file final report as contemplated under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the Crime No.344 of 2019 on 11.11.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottriyur and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.58 of 2022.

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
