ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the Non-Bailable warrant issued against the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.

3.It is pertinent to note that non bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner on 09.05.2022 and the same is pending.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore and file a fresh petition for recalling NBW, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of such petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
