This Revision is against orders made in eviction proceedings by the landlord. The grievance of the counsel for the landlord is that there is still arrears of rent. If a tenant has vacated the premises without paying the arrears of rent, it is open to the landlord to file a suit for recovery of the arrears. Aware of the difficulties, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings for recovery of rents.

2. In view of the said statement made by the counsel, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, it will be open to the landlord to take appropriate proceedings for recovery of rents as per law. No costs. 06.10.2020 jv Internet: Yes/No Speaking order/Non Speaking order To
