This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14041 of in Crl.O.P.No.13432 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
