This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of A.Nos.1843, 1844 and 1855 of 2025 as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant, seeking amendment. Accordingly, A.Nos.1843, 1844 and 1855 of 2025 are allowed as prayed for. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carryout the amendment in terms of todays order.
