ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the statutory revision filed by him under Section 153 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that by order dated 02.11.2010, the respondent has already disposed of the revision petition filed by the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
