The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323, 325 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.37 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant's brother's wife attacked the daughter of the de-facto complainant and she sustained grievous head injuries and fractured chest ribs. Thereafter, she was admitted in Hospital for treatment. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would also submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he will abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court. Therefore, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation is not completed and it need detailed investigation. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, and also considering the gravity of the offence and it needs detail investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29.04.2024 kv 2/3
