This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.4303 of 2023 on 24.02.2023 to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
