(CRIME NO.406 OF 2016) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition passed in the order dated 16.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.3162 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1954 of 2022 that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for until further orders and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.TAMILSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3162 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1954 of 2022 on 16.03.2022 to appear before respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. He would further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Trial Court on all hearings without fail.
