..Respondents Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to make full payment as per the work completion certificate issued by the second respondent dated 30.06.2016 for the work executed by the petitioner viz., Construction of two lane concrete work from the Main entrance gate to the coordinate at 498N/544E and to construct the security cabins in the Mettur Thermal Power Station-Stage III with interest and without imposing penalty.

Heard Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though a larger relief has been sought for qua the payment for the work said to have completed as per the work completion certificate issued by the second respondent, it is submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the third respondent who may be directed to look into it and take appropriate action.
3.The petitioner is a Contractor who is said to have been completed the work of construction of two lane concrete work. There appears to be some delay in execution. Now the petitioner wants the payment for the work done.
4.Considering the above and without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation in this regard to the third respondent and who in turn after receipt of it, shall pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
